We had an incredible experience traveling with Hillary, filled with amazing wines, engaging conversation, and great company. When we mentioned a restaurant we had visited that produces its own wine, she adjusted the itinerary to include it — and the wines were absolutely fantastic, complemented by her expert insights. After an exciting truffle hunting adventure, where we discovered four wonderfully aromatic truffles, we enjoyed a truly divine meal. Everything from the food to the wines and Hillary’s guidance made this day absolutely unforgettable. Highly recommended!
